Jagrbombs LLC - AZ

As a business owner, navigating the challenges presented by the current economy has been both demanding and rewarding. With inflation and personal debt on the rise, my business has been impacted as most people treat a recreational league as an extra expense that can be trimmed when money is tight. In order to keep some players on the team, I've offered the option to pay league fees in the form of skating lessons for myself or other players. I've also kept jersey costs down by using a supplier familiar with our business as to not incur more logo generation costs. We also didn't fill the roster with full time players last season, but utilized subs (who pay a higher per game cost) to make up for the missing league fees. Our business is not just about transactions; it's about building relationships and fostering a sense of community.

The impact of our products/services on others and the community has always been a central focus for us. In these challenging times, we have proactively sought ways to contribute positively. My business impacts the community in creating a safe environment to play co-ed recreational ice hockey in a supportive environment. We strive to strengthen the adult recreational league ice hockey community by including players from other teams in our travel tournaments and also provide networking opportunities during team events.
I'm grateful for the support I've gotten from my assistant captains who work hard to foster a sense of community and are constantly recruiting new players for the team.
