Drusteez LLC - SC

Drusteez is named in honor of my father, Andrew, who was a serial entrepreneur. In elementary school, he sold bubblegum that he carried in a briefcase, as he was a business man. As he got older he sold clothing, bags, and loaded hot dogs weekly at his job. Being able to provide a service created a sense of pride that he didn't experience working for others. When he passed away following a car accident, Drusteez became the perfect name for my business.
The current state of the economy has shown me that people are very cautious about spending their money and want to be sure that they are getting true value for what they are paying. It has pushed me to be creative in thinking of how to advertise for very little or ultimately no cost. As a result, Drusteez' social media accounts are slowly growing as I continue to pull customers in with valuable content and witty hashtags.
I am constantly brainstorming about what type of content my audience would like to see and how to increase Drusteez' exposure to the public. I have provided sugar-free shaved ice flavors for customers and incorporated a customer loyalty program. I'm purchasing a giant Connect Four game that kids can play whether they are purchasing shaved ice or not. I'm rolling out "Swag Bags" as an add-on for children birthday parties in an effort to make events even more memorable for customers. I'm also partnering with other businesses within the community to be able to give back to causes that are important to me. With my efforts, I plan for Drusteez to become the go-to shaved ice business within the community that customers recognize as bringing a smile and providing a high-quality product and phenomenal customer service.
